Our team helps clients achieve their business objectives by recognizing, assessing, and effectively managing and exploiting relevant risks and opportunities arising from strategic and operational choices. This often concerns organizations that are undergoing a transformation, for example as a result of very rapid growth, major changes in the environment or changes in ownership (such as mergers, acquisitions, or an IPO).

As a Senior Risk Consultant - Commercial Sector, you spend a large part of your time with various clients from day one, helping them to realize their strategy in a controlled manner. For example, by helping them develop and implement company-wide risk management that aligns with the strategy, or advising on digital support options. Technology, innovation and change management play an important role in this.

In addition to direct work for our clients, you will be actively involved in business development, internal initiatives and organizing client meetings about the field and its future. You will also build an extensive network inside and outside PwC and you will gain experience in several disciplines of our services.

You recognize yourself in this

You have completed a master's degree, preferably in the field of Business Economics, Business Administration, (Financial) Economics, or (Business) Information Technology. A combination with Law or postgraduate training (ERM / RO / RC / RE / Compliance) is an advantage;
You have an affinity with one or more disciplines in the field of: Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Information Risk Management, Compliance and/or Internal Control;
You have at least 3 years of work experience;
You have affinity with the commercial sector ('Consumer Markets', 'Energy & Utilities', 'Building & Construction' etc.);
You find it challenging to analyze and solve new issues in a practical and creative way in environments where technology plays a decisive role;
You are innovative and enterprising and you want to actively build on further digitization and the application of emerging technologies such as data analytics, robotics, etc.;
You are a team player, social, ambitious, highly motivated to continue learning and have excellent written and oral communication skills;
You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language.
You come into your own in an international working environment.
