You and your job
In the role of Senior Tribe controller for the Chief Products Officer (CPO) domain you play an essential role in helping to improve delivery performance within the Retail NL domain. In this role you will be reporting to the Business Controller CPO.
Your proactive and forward-looking analysis leads to new decision making enabling significant improvement in business results. You achieve this by providing new insights as a Tribe Controller and acting as sparring partner with various stakeholders. High Tech, High Touch, that is the aim of CFO. We go for automation where FinTech/AI is an important theme, but we also believe that personal impact really makes the difference. Challenge when necessary and contribute with impact!
The Senior Tribe Controller challenges when necessary and contributes where possible. The CPO domain is responsible for the delivery of all product and client journeys, managed via a tribe and takes care of the right balance in quality and cost of delivery/realization. The CPO organization prioritizes IT and operational activities in several tribes and operational teams connected to the tribes. Rabobank has several tribes, such as Business Lending, Housing, Payments & Savings, Insurance & Pensions.

Customer focus, communication power, personal development and realizing results are clearly essential for the role of Business Controller Products. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
- Your Dutch language skills (spoken in the Netherlands) are excellent, both in speaking and in writing;
- You have a completed university education, or higher, with a numerical or strategic focus;
- You are an expert in finance and business control and understand the impact of legislation on the business;
- You are able to spar or support with management about the (complex) control activities for an entire tribe;
- You have experience with Simply@Scale way of working and preferably understanding or experience with IT;
- You are experienced in relevant RaboSkills, such as Change agility, Storytelling and Professional Collaboration
